Founded in Jisr El Bacha, Lebanon by Tanios Abi Rached, a skilled carpenter and son of a carpenter. The company initially specialized in handcrafted wooden packing cases designed to protect goods during transport. This craftsmanship laid the foundation for the company's long-standing reputation for precision, care and reliability.

During the 1970s the company expanded its operations beyond Lebanon by developing land freight services across the Levant and Middle East regions.

Through successive reconstruction and expansion phases, warehouse facilities progressively increased until reaching approximately 3,000 sqm of operational capacity. This period consolidated Abi Rached Establishment as a full-service logistics operator in Lebanon.

A modern 3,000 sqm warehouse facility was constructed according to advanced industrial standards. This milestone significantly strengthened the company's logistics infrastructure.
